Currently seeking Corporate Customer Service Representatives to join the team at a growing retail company in Vancouver, WA!
Job Description:
- Answer customer calls, emails and chats regarding product support, availability and warranty claims
- Log call data into computer system
- Help troubleshoot product issues
- Make product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience over the phone in a call center
- 6+ months working in retail or supporting a product is preferred (any knowledge about baby products is helpful)
- Typing 40WPM minimum
