Healthcare Customer Service Representative

#HIRING for Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our office in SCRIPPS RANCH, CA (Poway/San Diego)!

Looking to get your foot in the door to a vast and professional healthcare environment?

Description:

• Customer service representative working in a call center environment
• Handling inbound calls and some follow up calls
• Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions and some confidential information
• Great customer service with high level attention to detail. Entering information accurately
• Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from 50-100 calls a day depending on complexity.
• Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers

SCHEDULE:

MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK 5 DAYS A WEEK, 8-10 HR SHIFTS

Mon-Fri 6 AM - 6 PM (8 hour shifts between this period)

• May need some weekend availability
• Schedule will most likely fall between M-F 7 AM - 330 PM or M-F 730 AM - 4 PM

Mandatory 10 hours of overtime, OT pay = $31.50/HR

(During peak season -- open enrollment in the fall)
