Experience:

• 36 months of role experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Shift: Fridays-Tuesday. Friday’s 11a-7p, Saturday and Sunday 6a-2p, Monday and Tuesday 2p-10p

Weekends: every; Holidays: As needed

Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities

X-Ray experience required.

Required Skillset: ED, CT, X-Ray

Education: Associate Degree or Certificate
