24/25 School Year Speech Language Pathologist Job

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologistfor a full-time position in Ephrata. Join our team and make a significant impact on the lives ofstudents across a K-12th grade districtwith communication needs!

Job Details:

• Full-time position, working 30+hours per week
• SLPs will be expected to start as soon as the credentialing process is completed which is approximately two weeks
• K-12th grade caseload
• On-site position, travel between two school sites is required
• Caseload includes a maximum of 50 students
• Work with grades K-12 students with mild/moderate and moderate/severe communication needs is highly preferred

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid Washington state licensure and CCC certification
• School is open to working with a CF candidate as well!
• Experience working withstudents is preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment, treatment, and intervention techniques for communication disorders
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Pay:

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $40to $50per hour, based on qualifications and experience
