Automotive Assembly Details:

• Temporary position
• $19.30 to $20.40 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Saturday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

• Take and understand orders for assembling motor vehicles such as the Passport, Pilot, Odyssey, and Ridgeline

• Position and fasten together subassemblies including side frames, underbodies, doors, hoods and handles

• Ensure that all subassemblies are properly tightened and fitted

• Bolt, screw and clip parts together in order to form subassemblies, including panels, steering columns and axle units

• Handle door fitting and adjusting duties, and seal joints and seams

• Must be able to rotate shifts

• Fasten seat belts, door panels and carpeting into position and install mechanical and electrical components

• Perform quality assurance tests at all levels

• Use machinery and tools to fabricate/adjust automobile parts together and ensure that any issues are timely communicated to the supervisor

• Ascertain that all machinery and tools used are maintained properly (general and preventative maintenance) and stored in appropriate areas

Automotive Assembly Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED not required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must submit to a urine drug screen/basic physical

• Must be able to interpret and follow work instructions and specifications

• Position requires constant standing and movement throughout entire shift

• Must be able to stand, lift, bend and squat for an entire shift, as needed

• Steel-toed shoes are required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
