Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Magnolia, AR

Soliant, a leading healthcare staffing company, is thrilled to announce a full-time opening for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in partnership with a prestigious school district in Magnolia, AR. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SLP to provide exceptional speech and language therapy services to students within the school district. This position offers competitive weekly pay, advisory support, professional development opportunities, and renewal for the 2023-2024 school year.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social success
Monitor and document students' progress toward speech and language goals
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational plans
Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for clinical fellowship (CFY)
Arkansas state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working with school-aged children preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Dedication to providing high-quality services to students
