Requirements:

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, ensuring alignment with state standards and student objectives.
• Provide direct instruction to students with diverse learning needs, utilizing differentiated instructional strategies and accommodations.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches as necessary.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate the inclusion of students with disabilities in the general education environment and provide appropriate supports and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and professional development activities as required.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement, independence, and self-advocacy.
