Qualifications:

• Hold a valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Massachusetts.
• Possess relevant education and training in nursing.
• Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing is desirable, but we wele applications from all qualified candidates.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students in accordance with state regulations and school policies.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and assess student health needs, maintaining accurate health records.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
• Collaborate with school staff to promote a healthy and safe environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions.
• Educate students, families, and staff on health-related topics and wellness initiatives.
