Type of Patients on Unit: this outpatient therapist will cover evaluations and treatments for ortho, neuro, vestibular patients of variable ages.

Role/Title: Physical Therapist Shift & Hours: M-F 0900-1730 Qualifications: Missouri licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years outpatient experience Certifications: CPR/BLS through American Heart Association
General Comments
Job Summary: Evaluate and treat outpatients with orthopedic, neurologic and balance deficits. Complete all necessary documentation via notes, conferences, charge entries, in a clear, concise and timely manner in accordance with departmental policies. Assist with evaluation and/or treatment of inpatients as needed.
