Job Details:

• Part time
• 10 hours per week
  • 2 hours per day
  • 5 days a week

  • End date: June 10, 2024
• General duties
• Onsite
• Must be able to obtain/complete PA clearances
• Must have active licensure in PA
• Zoom interview
• Primary Duties:
  • Providing Mental Health Support to Social Emotional Learning and Behavior Needs Populations, Case Management, IEPs, and Collaborating with Special Education Director.
• TVI needs to provide specialized instruction and services required to meet the unique educational needs for students who are identified as Visually Impaired to include:
  • Preparing instructional and classroom materials
  • Transcribe materials from print to Braille and Braille to print
  • Operate Braille equipment and/or computer in transcribing materials from print to Braille
  • Provides specialized instruction in Braille and instruction in a variety of instructional methods and techniques to include:
  • Low vision & visual efficiency skills
  • Concept development & adaptive academic skills
  • Daily living skills
