We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. This company is hiring Maintenance and Reliability Techs on the 1st shift. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities is $22.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on level and experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus! Interested? Get more details below.
\nWhat you will do as a Maintenance and Reliability Tech:
\n- \n
- Perform priority repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner \n
- Complete schedule projects to timeline and quality standards of company \n
- Effectively work with production and other repair staff to maximize quality of work and productivity of department \n
- Repair equipment specific to CFF and its producers \n
- Perform scheduled repairs to company quality and cost standards \n
- Provide service and labor for farm group \n
- Perform general carpentry, plumbing, and steel repair \n
- Execute maintenance procedures on assigned farms \n
What you need to be a Maintenance and Reliability Tech:
\n- \n
- Experience with tools such as torch welders and grinders \n
- Experience with power hand tools such as power drill, circular saw, saws all, etc. \n
- Skilled in electrical systems and welding applications \n
- Livestock experience is preferred \n
