Sanitation Lead - Earn up to $25/hr

What you will do as a Sanitation Lead:

• Oversee staff on shifts to ensure live haul equipment is thoroughly washed, trailers are processed through bio dri, and meet safety, quality, and bio-security standards within set deadlines.
\n
• Direct and optimize shift operations to meet efficiency, quality, biosecurity, and safety goals
\n
• Assist in managing, scheduling, and prioritizing trailer washing and staffing
\n
• Train and coach new and current employees
\n
• Report any issues with quality, processes, equipment, materials, or labor
\n
• Handle necessary business or regulatory documentation
\n
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks like yard work, laundry, and restocking supplies
\n
• Conduct light maintenance on facilities, equipment, or trailers, and report any problems
\n
• Communicate with team to maintain quality, safety, biosecurity, and meet deadlines
\n
• Properly panel and chip trailers according to SOP and transportation guidelines
\n

What you need to be a Sanitation Lead:

• 6+ months of related experience
