Staffmark is hiring a Document Control Clerk in Tampa, FL, for a national leader in records management solutions. Our client will provide the training and mentorship needed for you to learn new skills and thrive within the company!


Pay: $17 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 7:30 am - 4 pm, Monday-Friday


Essential Functions:

  • Prepare documents for scanning.
  • Create an index for company files indicating information, such as firm name and address, product category, and index code to identify material.
  • Configures documents into scanning size and format per project requirements.
  • Scan, inspect, compile, and assemble projects accurately and promptly.
  • Must have outstanding attention to detail and be able to maintain a high level of productivity and confidentiality.
