About the Role:

As Principal, you will provide strategic direction, academic leadership, and operational management, ensuring the continued success and growth of our school community. This pivotal role demands a dynamic and visionary leader committed to promoting a positive school culture and high educational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Educational Leadership: Provide visionary leadership in curriculum development, instructional practices, and assessment strategies to promote academic excellence and student success. Utilize data analysis to assess student performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing evidence-based strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Faculty and Staff Development: Foster a collaborative and supportive professional environment conducive to ongoing growth and development.
  • Student Support and Well-being: Promote a positive school culture and ensure the well-being, safety, and social-emotional development of all students. Implement strategies to support diverse learners and foster inclusivity. Utilize data analysis to identify trends in student behavior, academic performance, and well-being, implementing targeted interventions and support services as needed.
  • Community Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, and the broader community.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Administration Team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans that align with the school's mission and goals.
  • Professional Development: Pursue opportunities for personal and professional growth. Stay informed about best practices in education, emerging trends, and innovations in teaching and learning.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in educational leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into the curriculum.
  • Valid administrative certification or eligibility for certification in the state of Florida.
