The Triton Airways, LLC HR Director is passionate about people, processes and driving performance of the organization. In this role you will focus on Organizational Development, Employee Relations, updating and maintaining processes, while also managing day to day HR activity. Must be willing to be in office on-site 5 days a week.


  • Manage recruiting process and make recommendations for hire for pilots and other support staff.
  • Manage benefit contract process, day to day administration and open enrollment.
  • Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing and HRIS Management in Paylocity.
  • Annual Compensation review and management.
  • Policy and Contract Management.
  • HRIS files and compliance.
  • Organizational Development.
  • Leadership Development through regular coaching, mentoring and class instruction.
  • Conflict Management process
  • Continue to teach Communication and Conflict Management with Leadership Team
  • Discipline and Commendation Process / Performance Management
  • Further develop Performance Review Process
  • Further develop KPIs with Management Team
  • Assist in managing Crew Records and Training Coordinator
  • Dotted Line Responsibility to Assistant Accounting Manager for HR practices.
Requirements:
  • College Degree or Experience Equivalency
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP Preferred
  • 5+ years of generalist/management experience
  • 2+ years experience in Organizational Development and Change Management
  • Must be willing to handle small details, but also able to see and help develop the big picture
  • Must be willing to be on-site 5 days a week
  • Please note there is a preference for Lexington, KY area local candidates
