Job Summary
 
We are looking for a File Clerk/Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, filing and scanning documents, managing the outgoing license plate log, issuing buyer tags and other duties as assigned.  Bilingual is a plus! Full Time and Part Time considered.  Must be able to work up to 3 Saturdays a month from 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
  • Keeps files current.
  • Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
  • Files and scans within appropriate file system all dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
