CDL A RECENT GRADUATES 1300-1500 WK

Class A drivers (including recent graduates that need training) run regionally,

• Get home every two weeks for 48 hour reset
• Average take home weekly $1300-$1500
• Drivers cover about 2200-2500 miles week
• Per mile pay based on experience and productivity. (Eligible for productivity pay after 6 months)
• Starting pay is $.55CPM to $.65CPM with $15/Stop
• 95% no touch with mostly drop and hook
• This job is ONLY hiring out of CA and can live anywhere in the state of CA
• All freight is dry van and you will run the western US.
• Experienced drivers can have a rider and pet from day one 
• Training is 4-6 weeks
• Full benefits start after 60 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
• Running area is US West with most of the freight being WY, MT, ID, CO, UT, NV, CA, OR and WA

Recent Graduates:

• Trainees must have VALID Class A  CDL and minimum 120hr of driving in trucking school
• Trainees must be willing to run OTR for the training period due to the lack of trainers on this account
• Trainees are paid $650/week
• Training in duration of 4-6 weeks

Requirements:

• 6 months of verifiable experience 
• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
• Trainees must have VALID Class A  CDL and minimum 120hr of driving in trucking school
• Trainees must be willing to run OTR for the training period due to the lack of trainers on this account
• Trainees are paid $650/week
• No DOT Preventable accidents with damage greater than $1750 in the last 2 years
• No major accident with cost of $2500 in damage or claims
• ANY DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an auto
• No more than 2 preventable incidents in the last 2 years (again damage less than $1750)
• Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns
• NO DUI in the last 5 years in commercial vehicle and may never have failed a DOT or refused a drug alcohol

Salary: $77,789.00 - $83,273.00 per year
