Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator/Finishing and Packaging Technician where attention to detail and precision meet innovation. As a key player in our production process, you'll be responsible for inspecting and packaging products to meet our customers' exact specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various converting equipment machinery, including slitter machines, rewind tables for product inspection, and roll slitting machines.
- Prepare materials for slitting operations and inspect labels for defects.
- Package labels for shipment with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.
- Complete necessary paperwork and utilize QAD for product issuance and receipt.
- Undertake miscellaneous tasks as required to ensure a smooth production flow.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previous production/manufacturing experience is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Roll-fed flexographic experience is a must.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficient in analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Ability to read and understand associated paperwork and tools.
- Team player with the capability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
