Job Description

Job Summary: Performs major repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained.

Seasonal positions available that can lead to a fulltime position.

Responsibilities

Requires some weekend and holiday hours. Shifts vary.
Mowing
Keep grounds clear of visible trash and cleans the parking lot, sidewalks, breezeways, stairs, and entrance thoroughly, including weed removal
Report any problems that would interfere with guest satisfaction
Basic hotel and cabin maintenance
Verify that all exterior lights are working properly
Report and fix any safety hazards throughout the hotel
Other duties as assigned

Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
