Responsibilities
  • The individual who fills this position is the Personal Lines link between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

Requirements
  • Must have an active P&C insurance license.
  • Proven insurance Account Management and independent P&C insurance brokerage required.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
