Optima Dealer Services is currently hiring for the position of Service Concierge.

If you have a passion for luxury and understand the meaning of first-class service, we want you! We are looking for someone who is hospitality-minded, comfortable and professional in dealing with high-profile guests, and ready to learn, create, and collaborate with a fun team of people.


Role Purpose: As a Service Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with the Dispatch system and acting as the direct communicator between Service Advisors, Greeters, Service Valets, and Mercedes Benz of Ontario Guests.


Key Duties:

In this role, you will be required to perform the following duties:

  • Welcome guests as they approach the Concierge Podium and assist them with their pick-up slip requests.
  • Offer complimentary water to make them feel comfortable while they wait for their vehicle to be ready for check-out.
  • Make sure to offer all complimentary services available at the lounge area to familiarize our guests with the available amenities, ensuring they feel welcomed and enjoy their visit.
  • Keep them updated on the status of their vehicle and promptly answer any emails from the service advisor team and dispatch team.
  • Communicate effectively with the valet team to ensure all pickups and requests are performed in a timely manner.
  • Take responsibility for managing and handling vehicle keys and thank guests for choosing Mercedes Benz of Ontario.
  • Walk guests to their vehicles and open the vehicle door by providing exceptional hospitality skills.

Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to assist Guest with their request in a timely matter.
  • a good sense of humor, work ethic, enthusiasm, and hospitality Skills
  • Must be very friendly, caring, and patient.
  • The Candidate must have an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
  • The Candidate must have the ability to work well in a team and how the initiative
