Packing Lead
Local Shullsburg food manufacturer is hiring a Packing Lead on their 1st shift. This is a Furst-to-Hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and will be able to “hit the ground running.”
Hours: 5am to 2:30pm + overtime
Pay: $18.13 to $19.16 based on experience
Packing Lead Responsibilities:
- Assist in the packaging process
- Put product through sealer
- Check product for quality
- Perform process checks
- Apply customer-specific information on packaging
- Put product in box and palletize
- Perform cleaning throughout shift as needed; full cleaning at end of day full
- Use computers to scan, move, and track inventory
- Must have prior Packaging Lead experience
