Job Summary:
The Detailer Lead will be responsible for overseeing all detail work performed at Seattle MINI. This individual will coordinate, manage, and perform professional cleaning and detailing services of both interior and exterior vehicle components. The Detailer Lead is expected to act as a supervisor and a team leader and will provide guidance and support to all detailers, as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Detailer Lead will be paid a salary of $20 to $25 per hour DOE

Hours:
Thursday - Monday, 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:
• Schedule detailers for cleaning and detailing services as requested
• Inspect and approve completed jobs to ensure that the highest level of quality is achieved
• Develop and adhere to policies and guidelines for detail work
• Train current and new detailers on proper detail techniques and best practices
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback on improvement opportunities
• Maintain an accurate inventory of materials and tools related to detailing
• Clean and detail all vehicles that come into the shop
• Track and provide records and reports on progress, job costs, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in detailing vehicles
• Knowledge of automotive detailing products and techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report
