Real Estate Project Manager

Join our team of motivated and high-performing real estate/ construction professionals!

We fix and flip between 50 and 75 homes per year- you will be the person overseeing and scheduling crews, subcontractors, and priorities.

$60,000 - $80,000 yearly

• Prioritize tasks, projects, and time to ensure smooth flow of construction operations
• Visit projects to ensure operations are orderly and on schedule
• Cultivate relationships with our in-house construction team and subcontractors
• Hire new construction crew members
• Determine the scope of work for new projects and hold the team accountable to execute in a timely manner

• Construction Management required
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational skills and process minded
