Position Summary:

Are you a beacon of motivation and customer-centric energy? We're on the lookout for a spirited individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability
• Process orders and returns in an accurate and efficient manner
• Resolve warranty and customer issues with a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are being met

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using various computer programs and systems
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Availability to work part-time seasonal hours, including weekends and holidays
