Job Title: Protestant RE Coordinator
Location: Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana
Job Type: Part-time
Qualifications:

• Understand and administer a multi-faceted religious education program.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Function effectively in a pluralistic setting, collaborating with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and religious preferences.
• Navigate stairs, monitor classroom activities, ensure facility cleanliness, and secure premises.
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Possess knowledge of the Christian church calendar.

Duties:

• Prepare scheduled Protestant RE program curriculum and ensure classrooms are setup prior to start of programs. Contractor or approved designee must remain throughout scheduled classes and until all students have been returned to their parent(s)/guardian(s).
• Prepare an annual comprehensive Protestant RE Program plan to be approved by the Wing Chaplain or designee. This plan will include but is not limited to: an annual calendar of events, Chapel Tithes and Offering Fund (CTOF) budget, an appropriated funds budget, and annual religious education curriculum order. The plan will provide content and age appropriate activities for Malmstrom’s Protestant Community.
• Develop and maintain a Protestant RE continuity binder with pertinent information as directed by the Wing Chaplain/Superintendent or designee.
• Ensure all advertisements and publicity mediums are run through the Wing Chaplain prior to being distributed to the public.
