We discovered by mixing old-world barbering with modern services, in a masculine environment, our clients feel comfortable, can relax, look their best, & feel great! G.O.A.T. Haircuts gives men professional full service cuts, eyebrow/nose/ear waxing, warm towels, massage chairs, washes, straight shaves, beard trims, facials, gray treatments, and more!

$12.00- $12.50/ hour + PTO

WORK A SET SCHEDULE
* MON - 3pm - 8pm
* TUES - 3pm - 8pm
* WED - 3pm - 8pm
* THURS - 9am - 3pm
* FRI - 9am - 3pm
* SAT - (2x / month)


MEMBERSHIPS A unique part of G.O.A.T. is that we offer Memberships to our customers. With an unlimited haircut membership, clients can come in as often as they’d like. For a simple touch up, or the full treatment. They can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
We are thoughtful about every stage of the customer’s experience. From when they first enter the store, to when they leave, to what they say to friends later. GOAT Customers enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, a chilled towel upon arrival, a great menu of services, a broad selection of products, advice from stylists, a relaxing wash/towel/massage, etc.

The client comes first...We smile, have enthusiasm, and a positive attitude... We work together, and we work hard and support each other... We live the brand and protect the business.

RECEPTION TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES
How we show up matters. GOAT Receptionists must be reliable & are expected to be punctual with all their shifts. We realize cell phone’s are in most people’s pockets, GOAT Receptionists will keep their personal cell phones in the break room while working, & can check periodically if necessary.
Being approachable matters. GOAT Receptionists keep any air pod device for before/after their shifts– but are not to ever use while working.

  • punctual with every shift
  • Warmly greet clients
  • Book and confirm appointments via phone
  • Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
  • Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
  • Inform clients about the membership program
  • Update client records with contact, membership, appointments, and services offered
  • Manage phone calls
  • Maintain a tidy lobby area
  • Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
