Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will be $40,000 - $45,000 based on experience with an attractive commission schedule. First year commissions and quarterly bonuses are expected to be $15,000-$20,000.

Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their insurance inquiries and needs.
  • Policy Administration: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Client Retention: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with agency guidelines.

Requirements
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license is a bonus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or service roles is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
