Position Overview:
Benchmark Management is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Manager. The Guest Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests have unforgettable experiences during their stays, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience Management: Oversee all aspects of the guest experience, from pre-arrival communication to post-departure follow-up. Ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous assistance throughout their stay.
Reservation Coordination: Coordinate reservations, including booking confirmations, guest check-ins, and check-outs. Work closely with the reservations team to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of guest services associates, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, property owners, vendors, and other stakeholders. Act as a brand ambassador for Benchmark Management at all times.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality management
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong leadership abilities with a track record of team building and development
· Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Familiarity with vacation rental management software (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway)
