General Sales Manager

Loyalty Chevrolet & Cadillac is seeking a highly motivated General Sales Manager to drive sales and day-to-day operations at our growing Williamsburg dealership. You’ll serve in a key support role to our General Manager, using your strong automotive business mind and leadership skills to help guide our sales strategies, connect with our customers, coach our sales teams and keep our dealership running smoothly and successfully. Don’t miss this opportunity!  Responsibilities Estimate vehicle sales forecasts, gross and operating profits and manage departmental expenses on a monthly basis. Also responsible for reporting financial data to the General Manager Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement all advertising objectives and plans, sales and lease promotions, staffing and compensation plans.  Oversee Sales Manager and work with them to meet objectives for gross sales and profits. This will include leading weekly Sales meetings and managing all training programs. Determine appropriate level of vehicle inventory based on sales figures and projections. Review and audit appraisals of trade-in vehicles.
