The Beach Club Concierge is an ambassador of first impressions and responsible for assisting homeowners and guests so they can enjoy the beach facilities and all they have to offer. This role is fundamental in maintaining our lively community and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all.

WaterColor is a community of unparalleled quality and beauty, located on Northwest Florida's pristine Gulf Coast. A vibrant community that eases into its natural surroundings with a Southern simplicity and grace. Watercolor provides RFID Access Control, Towel Services, Parking Enforcement, Pool Policy Enforcement, Beach Club Cabana Reservation Accommodations, and a Community Specialist to assist with your community needs. Tucked between the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast and Western Lake, a natural 220-acre rare coastal dune lake, the WaterColor community is rich in natural beauty.

What you’ll accomplish:

• Offering concierge services
• Extending the highest level of service to residents and guests
• Assisting with facility admittance
• Tactfully enforcing rules and regulations
• Sharing community information including parking regulations and services offered
• Prioritizing tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for:

• Customer service and hospitality experience
• Professional communication, appearance, and behavior
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduled
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

What we offer:
