Bookkeeper and Customer Service Representative

Top 3 Requirements:

• Quickbooks Online Experience Required - 3 Years
• Construction Industry Experience Preferred

• Mail, Deposits, and shipping pacakges.
• Match Purchase Orders to Bill of Ladings and Vendor Invoices
• Perform Accounts Receivable duties and assist in collecting payments.

What We Look For:

• Clean cut and casual appearance
• Excell and/or Google Sheets Experience Preferred
• Customer Service Experience
• Current Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Willingness to subimt criminal background and drug-screen.
• Self-Acccountability, self-starting, and hungry to deliver ourstanding results.

Physical Demands

• Bend, kneel, crouch, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
• Speak Enligsh (Spanish bi-linguel preferred)
