About the Role

XSE Group is searching for a Full-Time Warehouse Shipping Associate in our Middletown, CT warehouse. We are looking for high impact, intelligent, aggressive, growth-minded people that can help the team reach our objectives. Our corporate offices and primary warehouse is in Middletown, CT. Our goal is to provide the best value to our customers by offering competitive prices and fast reliable services.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Daily Tasks in Timely Manner Following Company Procedures
• Replenishment of stock from secondary to primary picking location each morning
• Sort, receive and put away all items that come in each day
• Pick orders accurately and in timely manner
• Maintain a clean work area
• Communicate with Receiving/Shipping Supervisor on PO/SO Issues, Damaged Product, Staff Concerns and Equipment Safety

90 Day Success Metrics

• Ability to replenish a total of 40 lines per day
• Ability to have a put away error rate of less than 10%
• Ability to enter in replenishment by 9AM daily
• Ability to enter in PO’s into JDE
• Ability to communicate all issues with various departments throughout the organization

Job Requirements

• Forklift experience and certification required
• High School Graduate / GED
• Ability to respond to emergency situations
• Ability to operate a reach truck
• Ability to operate a cherry picker
• Some computer skills.
