Experienced Automotive Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at Blake Fulenwider CDJ in Clyde, Texas. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with the purchase of new and used vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting monthly sales targets. This is a full-time, individual contributor role within the auto industry.

Compensation & Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, as well as commission and bonus opportunities based on sales performance. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employee discounts on vehicle purchases and 401k match. This position offers up to a $10,000 sign on bonus.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and communicate information about vehicles, including features, options, and pricing
- Conduct test drives and educate customers on vehicle capabilities and benefits
- Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Negotiate and finalize sales transactions in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new vehicle models, and pricing
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide outstanding customer service
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as an automotive sales associate or in a similar sales role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Solid understanding of vehicle specifications, features, and pricing
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
