Responsibilities

Client Accounts Management: Regularly engage with customers to address inquiries, manage their accounts, and provide personalized service.

Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer concerns and discrepancies regarding their insurance policies.

Product Guidance: Educate customers on available insurance products and recommend solutions that best fit their needs.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or account management is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
