Pay Rate: $20-24/Hourly + Benefits

Schedule: Full-Time | 32 Hours/Week
 

RESPONSIBILITIES for the DENTAL RECPTIONIST:

· Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.

· Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and address patient inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

· Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties, such as maintaining patient records, updating databases, and managing office correspondence.

· Appointment Management: Coordinate patient schedules, confirm appointments, and manage the dental office's calendar to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.

· Billing and Insurance Processing: Assist with billing and insurance-related tasks, processing payments, and handling insurance claims efficiently.

· Technology Proficiency: Utilize MS Office applications and Patterson Eaglesoft dental practice management software to maintain organized and up-to-date records.

· Communication Skills: Articulate and well-spoken communicator capable of relaying information clearly and professionally to patients, colleagues, and external partners.

· Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple responsibilities, ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations at the dental office.

· Team Player: Collaborate with the dental team to create a supportive and cohesive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS for the DENTAL RECEPTIONIST:

· High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or courses in dental office administration are a plus.

· Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a dental setting.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Patterson Eaglesoft dental software.

· Quick thinking and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
