What You'll Get to Do

• Review escrow documents for accuracy.
• Assist internal and external clients with inquires relating to the title commitment and closing procedure.
• Prepare files for closing.
• Consult with internal and external clients in reconciling discrepancies between instructions and title commitments.
• Schedule closings.
• Complete the disbursement of files, sends out lender packages, confirms all funds have been disbursed, and prepare all documents for recording.
• Prepare the final policy(s) or start action to have prepared by the finals department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior Escrow/Title industry experience preferred.
