Wesley Willows is seeking experienced nursing professionals in the disciplines of RN and LPN to join our team!

What do we have to offer?

• Pay Rate: RN: Up to $45/hr | LPN: Up to $38/hr - D.O.E. (PRN not included in this rate)

• Shifts: $1,000 sign on bonus for AM Shift; $3,500 sign on bonus for PM shifts; $2,000 for NOC + Shift Differentials

• Classification: Hourly, non-exempt. Full Time & Part Time available. (NO PRN AVAILABLE).

• Tuition Reimbursement: After 6 months of employment for studies in Nursing Sciences.

  • $4K for FT employees,

  • $2K for PT employees

What do we need from you?

(Please note, this list is not all-inclusive and other related duties may be assigned)

• To provide the best possible nursing care by planning, organizing and directing the nursing functions of residents within the assigned area.

• To initiate and implement resident care plans

• To maintain acceptable standards of patient care

• To help us identify potential problems and help us find the solution

• To implement physician’s orders accurately and promptly

• To prepare and administer medications and intravenous solutions ordered by physician skillfully and correctly.

• To maintain the standards of accurate and complete recording and reporting.

• To support and enforce infection-control policies and procedures.

• To be resourceful and remain calm in emergency situations.

• To keep Nursing Supervisor informed of patients, needs, and problems on the nursing unit.

• To cooperate and maintain a good rapport with colleagues, medical staff, other departments, and visitors.

• To accept assignments as needed to provide necessary care for residents.

What do you bring to the table?

• Registered nurse (R. N.) with valid license.

• One to two years of experience in a long-term care environment, preferably.

• Graduate Registered Nurse (GRN) will be considered if licensure is received within forty-five days of employment.

• Computer literacy.

• Great interpersonal relations with proven communication skills, both verbal and written.

Other federally regulated requirements:

• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment background check, including (MVR) moving vehicle records.

• Must have or be willing to receive the Flu-Shot Vaccine, and TB testing.

• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening, including cannabis.

• Must be willing to undergo biometric screening.
