Sweeper Operator

As a Sweeper Operator employed by AlffCo, completes assigned parking lot sweeping schedule in a timely and efficient manner. Performs quality work that meets the customer and owner’s expectations. Communicates with peers and upper-level management effectively and clearly. This person will report directly to the Site Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:

• Follow the route for each designated night and remove anything foreign to the property (Ex. Trash, debris, sand/salt)
• Ensure sweeping is done on curbs, front of store, under parked cars, front of buildings, cast stall, behind the store, and any other areas of the parking lot
• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform sweeping assigned lots
• Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
• Abide by safety procedures when using equipment
• Performs all duties assigned by management in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Background in property maintenance or landscaping is preferred, but not required
• Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.

• Travel – as needed which may include overnight stays

• Night Shift 9:30 pm – 6:00 am
