Purchasing Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchasing Administrator to join our team and grow!

Responsibilities

1. **Purchase Order Management: **

- Retrieve purchase orders from Hyphen/Portals.

- Review and verify purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Track and monitor purchase order status and resolve any discrepancies.

2. **Sales Order Processing: **

- Create sales orders in NetSuite based on received purchase orders.

- Input relevant information such as pricing, quantities, and delivery dates accurately.

- Coordinate with sales and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing.

3. **Communication and Documentation: **

- Correspond with internal teams via email and other communication channels.

- Maintain organized records of purchase orders, sales orders, and related documentation.

- Provide regular updates on order status and procurement activities.

- Send completed purchase orders to designated vendors.

• 4 years in construction/roofing preferred
• 4 years in Purchasing preferred
• Builder portal experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills
