Role
As a Production Supervisor (also known as Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll guide and direct the hourly workforce, plan and schedule production and maintenance activities, and work towards controlling plant costs. You'll ensure safety regulations are adhered to, train employees, and communicate production issues to the management team.
