Allstate - Michael Hillman in Gautier, Mississippi, is looking for a goal-oriented, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full Time Insurance Sales and Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with our agency. Every day you'll be using your strong communication and customer service skills, problem-solving, rapport-building, and time-management talents to ensure you are providing the best experience for your clients.

No Previous Insurance Experience? No problem!

Are you currently selling another product outside of the insurance industry, a student or graduate struggling to decide on a future career, or somebody with no experience who is interested in beginning a career in insurance? This is the perfect fit for you. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $30,000 base salary and can earn at least an additional $20,000 in commission during their first year.

Are you a Licensed Insurance Sales and Customer Service Representative? Amazing!

If you have prior insurance experience, we will provide the tools, environment, and opportunity for you to grow your career in the insurance business as a member of our incredible team. Experienced applicants start with a $40,000 base salary and our top performer earned an additional $20,000 in commission last year.

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
