We have an excellent opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Responsible for managing all supply chain functions, which may include, but are not limited to, production planning, forecasting, material procurement, inventory control, warehousing, rate setting, outsourcing, vendor selection, and distribution. The Supply Chain Manager works closely with Plant Management, Sales, and other Operational Leaders. Performs other duties as required to promote overall plant effectiveness in accordance with good manufacturing practices and all plant procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Directs all supply chain projects to ensure that they are on time and within budgetary controls.
- Manages plant inventory levels and accuracy, including finished goods, raw materials, commodities, work in process, scrap and storerooms.
- Develops inventory targets and order points.
- Implement improvement strategies; execute process and cost improvement projects.
- Manage plant materials, logistics and purchasing functions and personnel.
- Oversees the scheduling of deliveries to prevent excess stock or backorders.
- Manage warehouses, internal and external
- Assures that departmental and support personnel are focused on continuous improvement of products and processes.
- Directs maintenance of records and data essential to material programs including materials resource planning.
- Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.
- Participates in supplier and vendor negotiations.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
- Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar field
