We are looking for a passionate person in sales or someone who would like to learn sales to join our current team. We are not your average construction company as we specialize in foundation repair, waterproofing systems and concrete lifting. We will offer the tools and training you will need to be successful and we are willing to work with you to develop your skills and find opportunities for career growth. Job Requirements

• Be 18+ years of age
• Have a clean driver’s license
• Pass mandatory drug screening
• Learn and understand all the systems Tillotson Enterprises offers
• Learn and understand the company program to generate proposals
• Learn and communicate the value, differences and importance of systems that Tillotson Enterprises offers
• Follow up on leads and complete bids
• Close jobs in a timely manner
• Attend home shows/farm shows in your territory to promote Tillotson Enterprises
• Develop other sales markets as needed
• Self-generate enough leads to meet company sales goals
• Be a liaison between client and crew
• Do inspections and reports after job is complete
• Assist with the development of marketing and promotional products to promote sales
• Increase sales knowledge/skills by reading books, listening to podcasts, attending seminars, etc.

• Fuel card for company miles driven with company truck

Compensation Package & Benefits Package

Sales Expectations

• Expected to meet company and personal sales goals
• Leads are a combination of company generated and self-generated
• Achieve a minimum of 35-40% sales conversion ratio
• Follow up on bids

Territory

• Tillotson Enterprises has branches in Aurora, Kearney & Lincoln which proudly serve the entire Midwest. The FWC (Foundation, Waterproofing, Concrete Lifting) branch is located in Aurora, NE and covers the entire state of Nebraska.
