Floor Technician

We are looking for a hardworking Floor Technician. You should have atleast 2 or more years experience and familiarity with various cleaning products, techniques, and equipment. The duties of this job include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing the floor surfaces of commercial buildings. In some cases, you may have to move furniture for floor access or be asked to perform other light cleaning tasks.
 Commercial cleaning: You will be cleaning in commercial buildings, such as an office building, medical center, assisted living facility, hotel, entertainment venue, or store, often using industrial or commercial grade cleaning products or equipment.

• Floor care: Experience cleaning, maintaining, and restoring floor surfaces. You should also have experience cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing objects and spaces.
• Carpet cleaning: Experience cleaning carpets using methods such as shampooing, bonneting, or applying dry cleaning chemicals.
• Custodial experience: Experience maintaining commercial spaces through routine cleaning and light maintenance.
• Buffing: Experience evening the gloss, polish, or sealant coating on surfaces with a cloth or specialized buffing tools.

Pay:$10hr
