Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, has a strong work ethic, and is experienced in preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- Follow recipes and menu specifications to maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed to maintain inventory
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and coordinate daily menu offerings
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations in food preparation and handling
- Assist in the training and supervision of kitchen staff

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary concepts
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering operation
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to create alternative dishes accordingly
