Recreation Assistant - Temporary: Mount Horeb, WI
Our customer in Mount. Horeb, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the Recreation Department programs and events providing memorable experiences!
Responsibilities of the Recreation Assistant:
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of recreation programs and events.
- Provide support in coordinating logistics, scheduling, and staffing for various activities.
- Help maintain equipment, facilities, and program areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for participants.
- Offer excellent customer service to program participants, visitors, and fellow staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, data entry, and inventory management.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
Recreation Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Enthusiasm for recreation and community engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in recreation, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Pay for Recreation Assistant: Starting at $20/hour depending on qualifications.
