Line Cook

Manny's Parkside is looking for a dedicated team member to join our team in the position of Line Cook. This position is part-time for first (day) and second (afternoon) shift. This position will be responsible for preparing food and assisting kitchen staff. 

Position Summary:
The Line Cook prepares food to the exact Chef's specifications. This position involved the preparation of ingredients for service, including tasks such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces. The Line Cook assists with menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staff. 

Job Requirements:

• Professional kitchen experience, including working on a hot line and grill is required. 
• Experience in full-service restaurant is desired. 
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
• Flexible schedule.
• Task-driven individual.
