Job Description:

  • Commitment to providing a positive and respectful work environment for people of all cultures, ages, spiritual beliefs, genders, including gender expression, sexual orientation, languages and socioeconomic status
  • Monitoring client behavior
  • Preventing and de-escalating high intensity situations
  • Completing personal body searches
  • Searching client luggage and rooms
  • Conducting and monitoring random urine screens for clients
  • Coordinating transportation to and from pick up locations

Education/Skills:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to be flexible and work as part of a team
  • Ability to reason and problem solve
  • Complete documentation as required by policies and procedures
  • Physically able to stand, walk, climb stairs over prolonged periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • CPR/ First Aid training preferred
  • Trauma informed care training preferred
  • Emergency response training preferred
