Project Coordinator with Clarity PPM Experience
My name is Bill Stevens and I have a new three to six month plus Project Coordinator opportunity available for a major firm located in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below. The work schedule will be a hybrid one, three days a week in the office and two days remote. The ideal candidate must possess experience with the Clarity PPM tool.
The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship. No Visa entanglements.
This position pays $55.00 per hour on a w-2 hourly basis or $60.00 per hour on a Corp basis. The Corp rate is for independent contractors only and not third-party firms.
Summary:
The firm is seeking a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will work at the direction of the Global Analytics Program Management team to help to create and maintain the information and details needed to enable the timely and seamless management of the Global Analytics Program, a critical requirement to facilitating the delivery of our Analytics assets and reporting information across to the firms businesses and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Daily and weekly maintenance of our Clarity Resource Management system, assisting our Program Management team to work with our delivery leads to:
Collect required information to input new projects into Clarity
Confirm resource project assignments & align to teams accordingly
Track all adds/changes/new resources & report to coordinator for changes
Daily and weekly maintenance of our Project Portfolio Tracker, working with the Program Management team to:
Review tracker weekly to ensure dates/statuses are complete and accurate
Follow up with project managers and leads to gather project details and keep the tracker up to date
Assist with the assembly of Dashboards and Reports
On an as-needed basis:
Update and maintain Microsoft Teams spaces including uploading files, posting information, updating calendars and to-do lists
System administrator tasks for JIRA
Scheduling meetings, follow up email communications and keeping track of action items
Update documentation on program and project processes and governance
Update other Global Analytics documentation such as glossary of terms, style guides, communication PowerPoint decks, etc.
Qualifications:
Five plus years of Project Coordinator experience
Experience with Clarity PPM software is preferred; direct experience supporting a resource management program would be considered.
Proven working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Teams experience an asset.
Knowledge of JIRA would be an asset however it is not required.
Highly organized and detailed oriented
Must have proven experience in multi-tasking and managing competing priorities in a large team office environment
Education:
An Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, project management, or equivalent years of experience.
